The bottom of my feet and the palms of my hands itched horribly one day and I googled it. I found out this can be a food allergy symptom. Try taking Benadryl. This helped me. Then try to remember what you ate, and see if it happens again.

footbathe, lanacaine, mineral ice, any heavy duty anit itch creme walmart 5bucks and a bunny

maybe u could take some hot water in a tub, put some salt in it and rest your feet in the water, this would give you some quick relief

you probably have athelets foot, over the counter medicine works fine
