Those on public tv channels and not owned by large commercial cable networks like is mainstream in the USA.
In my country, we get news from a dozen different countries, we not only get our own national news, but see live news from other countries and their opinions of us too. This is extremely important to keep from becoming self righteous and to actually know yourself. We need others to know ourselves and be able to be critical of ourselves.
Unfortunately, most americans do not speak many foreign languages (I speak 5), so they can not follow foreign tv channels, but there are plenty of english alternative sources. For americans, I recommend BBC News website or tv channel. It's so much better than american sources, despite being not completely independent (yet still critical) on certain subjects like war in Iraq and such.
