I bought a product off the internet, the money has come out of my bank account, but the product has not been delivered. I cant get through on the telephone, and the website says it is closed due to maintenance. Is this pure fluke and it will be okay on monday, or am I going to lose my money? Is there a way to claim back my money at all???

NEVER use a bank account debit card on line. Its the keys to YOUR bank account.
Obtain a credit card, capital one are good for online, and once got, MAKE them give you a low credit limit...they will lower it, once its open, if you ask, or like me your 2nd rate anyway, and its only £200, .....ideal!
Then your liability is limited to £200 (the lowest) as higher amounts, will bounce, and be theyre problem, if theyve authorised over your agreed limit.
Plus its only ONE card to cancell, deal with if it goes astray. You can pay more ON, (a CREDIT Balance) for larger planned purchases, so a £200 card, Clears a £500 purchase, allow 4 days from pay in. It wont be on long enogh for anyone to steal.
Also, particularly capital1, is a usa bank, so dollar purchases are a breeze...THOUGH they have recently changed policy, to treat foriegn currency, as cah advance (in terms of commission and interst), so read fees carefully, but its still a breeze to use internationally.
Plus you have some security from the card company IN LAW, though you may find the telephone help, if its not actually stolen, attempts to make it your problem, despite the LAW!
In the mean time, google the company, talk to the bank by phone, re further payments, phone trading standards, but mainly google away for any links...and prepare to be bitten!
Use my email "contact ben-b" link, by clicking on my icon, and email me the web page, company name etc...i'll try googling, as sadly im rather good at internet snooping for this sort of tracking people down, too much time spent on the net! (i'll only be able to find details, but hopefully contact details that work, or at least inform)

Yeah you kinda got the concept, staring / making eye contact with a girl doesn't mean the guy likes her. In MY perspective, it can mean three things: 1. The guy is comfortable talking to the girl, and is comfortable with her presence around (just friends). I plenty of friends that are girls and I always make eye contact when I talk to them, it's just casual u kno? 2. The guy wants to meet the girl / is interested in her (acquaintance). Either that, or... the girl is weird-looking or ugly lol. But still, guys wouldn't stare at a girl that long if she's like that. 3. The guy likes the girl. He doesn't know how to express his feelings, but wishes he could find a way to do so. I would tell you straight up how to tell which one of these views does a guy mean when he makes eye contact or stares, but I don't think I can. You should just.. kinda sense it. Good luck, you'll be more familiar with it along the way haha. Hope this helped ;)

Ring and give all the details to your credit card company. I did and the money was refunded. I don't know what happened to the company though.

what website was it? is it a trustworthy, established company?

you always have to be careful of things like this.

How much money did you pay them? you need to provide more info.
