I have a peach tree in my backyard and was looking forward to getting some good peaches this year, but before they were ripe, birds and squirrels started eating them. What can i do?

I had the same problem! Deer too, on occassion. I use bird netting to keep everyone away. You can't see that it's on the tree but it deters the hungry little theives. You can get it at the garden center. Of course don't use any sprays, since you want to eat the peaches, and not the chemicals.

there are fruit tree nets you can buy at nurseries or hardware stores. you throw it over the whole tree. birds still get to a bit of the fruit but not all of it. m

dust the entire tree with sevin dust!it will keep them away as well as any unwanted insects!
you can also try hanging a wind chime or two on a couplke of branches!the noise from them should keep them away@!
