I have a Razor and it is sturdier than any other phone I have had. It is made of metal instead of cheap plastic. The buttons are big enough that I can dial a number right on the first try. The signal has not been a problem for me. The battery does drain quicker but it charges up within a few hours. I am very happy with it.

RAZR phones are very overrated. The key pad isn't that great at all and the screen feels too fragile. The only reason people really bought it was for looks because it was so "sleek." For many, people often have troubles with the razr and end up switching to a different Motorola, Samsung, LG or Nokia. RAZR's also quite fragile if dropped many times. I've heard stories where the number pad even comes undone in some way.

The Razr isn't all that great, I work for a cell phone company and we have a tech group that does nothing but take Razr calls, what does that tell you? it's the only phone that has it's own tech support group! It has a ton of known issues, honestly most ppl who buy the Razr buy it because they like the look, personally I don't like how it looks, it is longer and wider than most other flip phones...there are a ton of phones out there with the same features but w/out all of the headaches :o)

Yes! I had the original Razr and it was the worst phone I have ever had. I am so much happier with my Blackberry.

Yeah, because phones are the number one things that people are dropping now-a-days and why would they make a phone more thinner, and easier to drop!? I think razors or stupid, because if you drop that then it could easily get damaged.

in my own opinion they are. they are convenient because they are thin and fit in places where a normal cell phone wont.
