its a start---everybody gotta start somewhere!!!!---there is a difference between knowing how to play guitar--and knowing how to play guitar very well !!!!!

I am a guitar player myself, and I know that it is a start. Their is a lot more work. work on your scales, thay will help you make masterpieces. Keep practicing and don't play old stuff frequently! It wastes valuable time. Use them as a warm-up, than play more and more challenging things. It is much like working out.

If you can strum it and it sounds like something then your playing.
Not every one is a musical genius that plays and some musicians ( gasp ) dont even read music....
