Im around 5 feet even and an avid soccer player. I weigh around 115. I know at 5 feet your supposed to weigh 100 lbs but being a soccer player, i have more muscles in my legs so is it true, muscle weighs more than fat? or am i still overweight? hah

muscle weighs more than fat....and who says you have to weigh a 100lbs? Are you happy with the way you look? you are an athletic individual and you exercise, why worry about it. As long as you are happy with the way you look then don't worry about what some book or person has to say.

Your obviously in shape since you play soccor. Muscle does weigh more than fat. As long as you workout and eat healthy don't be concerned with being overweight or not.

No if your 115 I'm 120 you you should Chang if you conferable with you wait but if you really love soccer then do what you want.

no butI think whne you get older and do not stay active and toned you will risk being fatty..
