HMmmmmm.....
Well, its mostly a gut reaction, hard to describe. Not just the physical. Most straight guys don't pay enough attention to their looks to be visually stunning (or they'd be mistaken for gay)... so it can't be just the looks, although good looks helps. And of course, gay guys walking down the street are SUPER hot, but if you talk to them, they are obviously not straight and that cools things down rght away...
My friend used to say "For a woman, its how she looks, and for a man, its how he moves." I think she's right. he's got to be slim, graceful, and project an aura of quiet confidence. Heavy cologne and a flashy car just screams "NOTICE ME!" which is a real turn-off.
Then there's my personal preferences: not hairy, minimally smelly, and plenty tall.
