How can I find out how to buy houses for the defaulted taxes?

I live in Forsyth County, GA and I know that on the first Tues. of every month in the local newspaper, they will put the address in the for sale section that are being foreclosed on. Either for non payment of taxes or mortgages. I would maybe go to the county tax assessors office and see if you can get a list from them.

Be careful with that. Most states have redemption periods for the previous owner.
