Is there anywhere in Poeria, Chicao, The Quad Cities or anywhere where i can go to a dance club and not be 21?

In Illinois. Just looking for somewhere to dance and have a good time. Please no square dancing, or country dancing. Just good dancing music. Not slow dancing music either. Any information would be of great use. Thanks.
