have matter in it and he can't hardly open it. I checked on him a little while later and it was fine. It keeps doing this. He also seems to be opening his mouth really wide, like he is yawning, which I know that isn't what he is doing. Also, this morning, something white came out of where he goes to the bathroom, it almost looks like skin or something. I know this sounds gross but I dont know how else to describe it. He is in a cage, that is 18x 24, has lots of plants(artificial) , have the UV light, plus the heat light, but we havent needed to use it much. I am just concerned with his eye and whatever that is that is coming out of him.
Any answers will be appreciated :)

it seems to me that you should study more of the husbandry. i suggest you study soomething. see the link below

the white stuff is pee. what else would you suppose it to look like? if it is not pee it is a bit of old skin that got stuck there.

yawning means its hot. it is normal, but it shouldnt be too much of it! are you sure about the humidity level? you must get a hygrometer if you are a beginner, so that you dont dry him up. how often AND HOW MUCH do you mist- the humidity should be right and the cham should be able to drink - read the link i posted to get ideas how to make a cham drink. i think you will not make a mistake if you squirt some lukewarm water in the open mouth. although they dont sweat, they can get dehydrated out of heat or stress (of the new place)

or do you mean it just is gaping at you? provided that you say you tried to read something about them i dont understand what yyou are asking about the open mouth - so please be more specific.

does he eat well?? does he poo? calcium supplements are vitally important, but be careful with vitamins - dont give too much. realize thet the humidity and temperature differs in different parts of the terrarium.

if a cham is sick, it closes both eyes, i hope he is just insecure in a new place and afraid of you what matter was or looked as is it was in his eye? did you actually see anything?? i think he closed the eye because you were approaching and he assumed you can harm him so he protected his eye - mine cham does this when i do major clean up of the cage. so leave him alone and undisturbed! and see whether the eye opens or not ? is it captive bred or not?? thats important. where did you get it from?

I would never recommend a chameleon for anyone other than an advanced reptile keeper. They tend to be more demanding than other reptile pets.
The first thing I would do for an adult or medium size chameleon is turn on your shower and get a gentle shower of barely warm water going.
Get your chameleon to climb on a stick or something similar. Do Not Directly Pick Up The Chameleon, this stresses them out.
Take the stick and hold it in the shower so that a slow but steady trickling of water runs over the lizard.
Keep him in there for at least 10 minutes or so. This will help him get rehydrated. If it is a baby spray him down well with a mister bottle for several minutes.
Place him back in his cage. Let him get used to his surroundings.
Next day place appropriate sized crickets a few at a time in his cage. If he eats that is a good sign.

You say you have a UV light. What type of UVB light do you have? Many pet stores sell worthless lights as "UV" lights. A good screw in type UVB light will start at near $40 each, they are expensive. A good light light (or direct sunlight) will be a matter of life or death. Make sure you have a good one.

Good luck!

you're improper. intercourse under no circumstances will become uninteresting even at 60 plus, and it constantly thrills. perhaps there's a alleviation in the frequency, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it continues to be the comparable because it exchange into in the beginning up. i do no longer understand the way it is going to become exciting after seeing others. after all, that's all in the recommendations.
