Batman all the way!!! he's not superhuman like the other two. he didn't need a mutated spider to bite him, or get sent by aliens to a world far beyond and less challenging for him to be powerful. he just is. he is human who chose to be superhuman. he chose to fight for the good. fight for justice. and is good at it. no superhuman talents needed. plainly human diligence and determination. now THAT is living!

Spider-guy's a genius, he has slightly great power and velocity and agility and Spider experience. Batman knows all martial arts in the international, a grasp detective, strategic planner is in the main suitable shape a human can bodily be (think of the main suitable all around Olympian) and likewise a genius. yet Spidey could maximum in all likelihood win, although if Batman had some prep time he'd in all likelihood win; relies upon on circumstances i assume...

By cooler i guess you mean the best ..and i know Superman could take Spidey in one hand Batman in the other and squish them like bugs..Only chance they would have is if they had some kriptonite..other ways bye bye to the bat and the spider.

Spiderman, he's got the ingenuity of Batman, but combined with super powers like Superman. He's the best of both worlds, therefore, the most awesome.

bat man. spider man has his moments and has some of the greatest one liners in all of comics, but the dark knight is much cooler.
