stay away from it seriously its not do or die that you must be with this person. You could break up a friendship that could last for many years if you say something to your brothers friend. If you are going to say anything say it to your brother. Then hes either going to not like his friend because he will think he had something to do with it or he will except it. Its really tough you could end up hurting more than one person here, its not like he is the only guy that will come along. You have a crush and crushed come and go. Hold off on it see what the near future brings.

I can help you, if you and your brother are really close then try to get him to talk to his friend and try to hook you guys up. If he says no then you go for it. You have to believe in yourself. If he turns you down don't worry you will find someone even cuter then him. Think about it. Maybe he likes you and he is scared to asks you.
