Well IF GOD is all that they make HIM out to be, then he would answer to no one but himself and would therefore have the choice on whether or not to make the world. And all the others.

Well, if he didnt, that would make him sub-serviant to another power..hence, he wouldnt be all powerful..hence, he wouldnt be God..
