The only one that is decent enough is EWTN I learn a lot about the Saints of the Church and also get news about important things going on in the world as well as special times in the day to follow along with prayers.
Also, there are children's programs. And the most important reason, I get to watch a good Mass on TV.

the BBC, channel one.
Why? because the BBC is one of the only independent channels still going, paid for by the tax-payer and free of adverts. God Bless the Beeb, the best thing to come out of Britain since the Industrial Revolution
