they usually say oh we need to change out pant s now
is it because men cant hold they wee wee or something and if something gives them a shock it gets all out
why does this happen , as Im a girl and really dont know this thing

It may not be wet through wee.. Maybe they followed through around the back and now have pants that look like a melted choccy muffin..

Its a euphemism....slightly more polite than saying the original - 'oh that was so scary I sh1t my pants'
