"Normal" glucose levels range from physician to physician, health care facility to health care facility. 60 - 140 is a considerable range. Your 102 fasting glucose level is within normal limits. That means your body's insulin reaction is able to maintain itself throughout your fasting. Most diabetics who fast and have their glucose levels taken usually range far lower and could possibly going into diabetic coma if not regulated. You're in good shape.

Each person is different. But yes that is good. If you where diabetic after 12 hours of not eating your sugar would be either really really low 40-60 or really really high 200-400's.

I believe it's from 60-90, more or less... I'm not sure.
Maybe 102 is still good.
Mine's always been between 75-85

70-110mg/dL is the current normal fasting blood sugar range. However due to the high incidence of obesity in this country, they are looking at lowering this to 70-99mg/dL to try to lower the incidence of juvenille and adult onset diabetes.
