Is the only time that your Montgomerey glands...(I hope I spelt that right) actually begin to show are during pregnancy? I have these tiny bumps around my nipples and there are more on my right then left... They sting a little when I touch them. I know it isn't breast cancer... Can someone help?

They are Mammory glands and yes.... they do show during pregnancy... but can show even if you are not pregnant.

Mammery glands are your breasts.
Montgomery glands are the bumps.
Yes....they do become more promenent in pregnancy.
Take a test.
