Assuming your partner is male, the best position for intercourse when you're pregnant is on your side with him behind you. Now sleep, I'd say any damn way you can fall asleep is the best position. You won't squish the baby if you are on your stomach. But that position is virtually impossible the farther along you are. Just get some sleep cause you won't do that again for about 21 years!!!!

The best position to sleep during sex is on your back. That's the position I always use when I sleep during sex

It's kind of hard to describe. For sleeping while pregnant, sleep facing towards the ceiling. It doesn't hurt as much.

for sleeping lay on your side may sound odd but place a pillow between your legs and it helps you sleep a little better
for sex its what feels comfortable to you

On your side with a pillow between your knees. As far as sex, depends on where you are in your pregnancy. On your back with a pillow under your lower back is a good one.

sleep on our side with a pillow tucked between your legs for elevation as for the sex you being on top long as hes cool with it

on your side. I'm not sure which side the doctor keeps telling me to sleep on. but supposedly one side is better than the other. for sex, on the side is okay, on all fours also is good

For sleeping...sleep on your side with a pillow tucked under your belly. and as for when you have sex. I would suggest on all fours with a pillow under neath your belly.
