We changed the egr, same thing is happening. We haven't put the 02 on yet.

need more info what is the car doing and have you read the code and what are the codes if it has any ?

I saw the heading "Jacked up Lumina" and was thinking that I saw a thread on a four wheel drive Lumina.
We need more information as to what your car is doing.

I don't know what is "something"... I bet you have a service engine soon light on... I think you should go to a dealer and have them diagnose it instead of getting the code at autozone... just because you know the code doesn't mean you know the problem... Let some one who knows what the hell is going on look at it.
