my best friend like this guy that goes to our church, but everyone says he like me. he is like my best guy friendand he is really sweet. she told me that he likes her and that i should not worry about it, but i think i like him too

Maybe you need to decide what is more important, your girl bestfriend or the guy bestfriend and if you are willing to let go of any of the two - if you answer is no - say nothing and do nothing - Otherwise, tell the guy your real feelings - it will be putting your feelings out there and there is a possiblity that you will get hurt, but it is the only real way to find out how he feels - tell him the truth and ask him to do the same and live with the results

It all depends on how much you value your best friend. There will most likely be many men in your life, until you settle on THE ONE, but there is no friendship like that between two girls who grow up together... that relationship will last a lifetime, it you two really are best friends. The first rule of best friends is never to go after the same guy--that will kill a friendship, no matter how old you are, or how long you have been friends. If you care about your girlfriend, cool things off with your guy friend for awhile. If they make it last, then be there for her and be happy for her. If they don't, then give it some time and step back in there. If he is truly your best guy friend, he will still be there for you. Remember, "best friends" means you love, respect, and trust that person. She obviously trusts you with her secrets and her heart---don't be the person to break her heart. Meanwhile, look around you. There might be another guy out there who you have been overlooking. Good luck to all three of you!

This is a bit confusing, but all I can say is don't go out with your best friend, because most times when people do things get messed up between the two. Trust me friendship is better to have.

Okay what I've told my son is if you and your best friend like the same girl you both leave her alone. Girls will come and go, but your friends are yours forever. Talk to your friend, be honest with your feelings, and if she is a true friend, she will understand and you can both decide together what to do.

For the sake of your friendship you should talk to your friend and suggest that neither of you go after this guy. When two friends like the same guy someone always gets hurt, trust me. Is it going to upset you if your friend dates this guy? Does your friend really know that you like him too?

If you like him back then you should try to hook up . But if you don't you need to tell him that you just want to be friends but do it in a nice way after all he is your best guy friend you don't want to hurt his feelings.

Tell him you like him. Guys love that. Even if he doesnt like you back, he will like you more for saying it. I am actually in a similar situation, and can only hope the girl likes me back. Good Luck!!!
