I alway ask them to repeat things. Try to confuse them.
Try asking them to talk louder then complain about them yelling.
Tell them to hold on and play LOUD bagpipe music.

I got a call once when my bf and i were horsing around, and things were heating up. I laid down the phone and made wild passionate love. They were still on the line listening when i went to hang up the phone. They enjoyed it too. No harm no foul. It was kind of a turn on!
