when you get blisters DONT pop them it makes a rout for infection put some zinc oxide tape over it . if i pops on its own wash it as soon as possible and put some anti septic cream or spray and zinc oxide tape on it. as a medic we say prevention is better than cure so if you feel a hot spot put some tape on it this stops the rubbing of the skin and gives it the time to heal hope this helps you

When i was younger i used to play football a lot and often got bad blisters ..My mum got the blisters cleared and then made me soak my feet in surgical spirit each night till the skin hardened around the softer areas of the foot.. This worked and i never got blisters again.. And sometimes blisters are caused by wearing bad fitted footware..

Barefoot walking will help.
I think i have healthy feet and I am barefooted as much as i can be.
I am always barefoot around the house and when i can, i walk barefoot outdoors as well.
