I he yelling at her, or is he speaking in a loud tone so that she can hear him? There is a difference. If you truly believe that there is a problem, that perhaps some elder abuse is happening, then you should contact your local police dept. or social services, and have it checked out. They can go into the home, and see if she is being well taken care of.

Well beside kicking his a$$ - call the police or human services in your area to see if abuse is happening. If so, dumba$$ can spend some getting humped by bubba in the county jail and the poor elderly lady can get some quality care.

Maybe she is hard of hearing so he has to yell. If you feel she is being abused, call the local police station or social services. Elderrf abuse is just as bad as child abuse.

Well one thing to consider is she alert and oriented? If so then she has right to make her own decison to go to a home.Does he have POA over her? Also it would warrant a call to adult protective serivces as well.At least they can investigate and see if any abuse is going on such as the yelling as abuse isnt just physical.

The best thing you can do without getting to involved, would be to call the police next time you hear the fighting. They will decide what should happen.

He may be yelling because her hearing is not what it used to be.
Does she seem unhappy? Does she look cared for?
Maybe she wants to stay in her own home.
You are making a lot of assumptions.

I've seen this problem before. You can report him if it's bothering u that much, but that might cause a lot of problems for you. This man is a really sick human being for being like that.

contact social services in your area, or the next time you hear the yelling, contact the police, who will investigate and, if needed contact social services... he may be abusing his mom. ..
