Can you please give me your feeding schedules for your 9-month-old? I'm not asking for opinions on my, etc. I just want to see several different schedules and what your are feeing your little one. I will list our current schedule below. I am trying to take out 1 of the bottles and add more foods. My baby is just starting table foods, and is learning to chew. I am trying to figure out how to incorporate more of those foods as well. Thanks.

8am: Bottle -6oz, cereal, baby food fruit
11am: Bottle-6oz
2pm: Bottle-4oz, cereal with 2oz formula, baby food fruit or veggie
5 pm: Bottle-6oz
6:30pm: Baby food veggie, Baby food meat
8:30pm: Bottle 6oz

Thanks. I am not a rigid schedule follower. We use it as a guide. I was actually thinking of taking out the 11am bottle and making that a snack. Anyways, I would really appreciate it if anyone could list their actual schedules as I did above. Thanks.

here's my 9-mo.-old daughter's schedule:

7:00 a.m. -- 6 oz. formula
8:00 a.m. -- cereal/fruit/yogurt/etc.
9:00 - 10:30 a.m. -- nap
11:30 a.m. -- 6 oz. formula
12:00 noon -- veggies/protein/fruit
1:30 - 3:00 p.m. -- nap
3:30 p.m. -- juice + 6 oz. formula
5:00 p.m. -- bath
5:30 p.m. -- veggies/protein/fruit
7:00 p.m. -- 7 oz. formula
7:30 p.m. -- bedtime

so far this schedule has been working out great and is consistent with the 3-meal-a-day-plus-snacks plan, closely resembling an average adult's schedule. until she switches to one nap, the current times of her morning and afternoon naps are also ideal. if you haven't already, try reading dr. marc weissbluth's "healthy sleep habits, happy child" book. it talks about biological sleep times (when it's easiest for kids/adults to fall asleep). figure that out and then coordinating feeding times around naps/bedtime becomes a cinch. btw, i find that organic baby food tastes much better than non-organic. so it may be something to keep in mind if you plan to increase your baby's intake of solids...

hope that helps. good luck!

My son is 10 months now but his schedule has not changed too much except we give him more table food.

6 or 6:30 : 6 ounce bottle of milk
8 - 8:30 : Rice cereal with fruit and whole wheat bread
10 - 11:30 - 6 ounce Bottle and Nap time
12:30 - 1: Rice Cereal, baby fruit and veggie another piece of bread
3 - 3:30 - 6 ounce bottle and Nap time
5 - 5:30 - Dinner (We have been fixing more chicken since he seems to like it a lot) Chicken and another soft food (mashed potatoes) something like that of just some baby food on the side with some more bread.

Sometimes during the day he may snack on some crackers and juice but that is about it. His schedule is a little different on the weekend because we don't have to wake up so early and he normally doesn't wake up then until 7 or 7:30. So everything gets pushed back an hour or so.

My little boy is 13 months old now but at 9 months this is what he had:
7:30 bottle 6oz
930 bfast #3 veggie & #2 fruit
130 lunch #3 meat & #2 fruit
600 dinner oatmeal & #2 fruit or veggie
800 bottle 6 oz
SOmetimes he would have some puffs, cheerios or a biter biscut but that was pretty much it

Sounds like you have a good schedule going.
I am a firm believer in "baby sets the schecual"
You goal should be solid meals three times a day with the family.
At nine months there still might be times when your baby is in a growth spurt and needs a bottle an hour earlyl, or even one during the night.
As he gets older you can up the bottle to 8 oz
Especially when you put baby to bed he might need more formula.

The best thing I can tink of and probably the easiest would be to eliminate the 2p.m. bottle and replace it with more food. either a meat or give your baby a fruit and vegetable instead of one or the other....it's funny though because your schedule looks almost exactly like the one I used for my son, who is now 2. :)
Happy Mothering

It looks like you are on your way to a good feeding schedual. I would add a solid snack in at 11 am and 5 pm. At this age however you should be feeding the baby when its hungry. Its old enough now to know what it wants. Make sure they are getting lots of solid foods and try to make your own its better for them and cheaper. I believed in scheduals with my children but there has to be flexablity in it too. Good luck with your baby I'm sure your a great mother.
