Look for a short rope and a high tree. Just kidding. Unless you and your wife are into swinging it sounds like there is something definately wrong in your relationship. Both partners cheating is so uncool. Not that I'm condoning one partner cheating because I am not. But you and your wife obviously need to either seek out professional help ie: marriage counselling or else sit down and have a deep and honest conversation with each other about what has gone wrong with your marriage to have each of you cheating. Strike up a conversation. See where it goes from there. But if this is actually happening, get a divorce, unless you 2 can agree to live this kind of lifestyle, which sounds like a recipe for problems to me.

I think your marriage is in trouble. Introduce yourselves and then go home and sit down and have a serious discussion with your spouse and either get counselling and save your marriage or get divorced and move on.

Get a devorce. That relationship sounds like it is no longer. If you do not wish to devorce then maybe you should go to counseling together. Good Luck!
