1) When to get married- When you find a man who loves you and respects you and treats you the way you like to be treated.
2) Keep studying. Don't feel tied to one company. Even in India- job security is a myth!! If your husband is ok with you working, work where you want- consider pay, treatment you get from management, other benefits (insurance), etc.
