You can generate your own evil names at the website below. As a writer I am always looking for names to "describe" my characters and some of the names I have used to portray an evil character for men were: Thorn, Conrad, and Silas. For women: Prudence, Rhiannon and Shaylee. I don't know why, but they just fit the bill. Take care and hope this helps (the website).

A rose by any other name would still prick the living heck out of your finger. The name, in itself, is not evil. It is the connotation of the actions associated with the name.
That said, there are some name components that have evil-ish rings to them ... Mor, Mon, Thor, Mag and Ad, for openers and dolph, goth, dred, dan, rag and rog for closers. Mix and match: Mordan, Addred, Adrog, Maggoth, Mordolph, Morrog ... etc., etc. etc.
Hope that helped.

How does Dorian strike you? It may not be inherently evil, but a name is defined by the actions of the character it belongs to.
