how can I resolve an ODBC32.dll issue?

every time i start up my computer its states that the ODBC32.dll file cannot be found "system error"...

Download again the ODBC32.dll from here
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?odbc32
and copy in your Windows>System32 folder
replacing the old
