All the famous brazilian strikers such as Rivaldo, Romario, Ronaldo and now Ronaldinho have played for Barcelona. I thought it was interesting. Barcelona seems to be breeding ground for the Brazlian Strikers. No wonder Barca is the best team in the world and so is BRAZIL!

Ronaldinho is a striker? I thought he was a midfileder. Ditto Rivaldo.

Barca is not a breeding ground as they usually get those players after they have already established themselves as internationals.

Last I looked Pele, Jairzinho and Garrincha did not play for Barca.

By the way, it goes in waves. Barca used to have a strong Ajax and Dutch player connection in Overmars, Cocu, Koeman, Cruyff, Neeskens, etc. They also used to have Maradona. Barca basically just signs the best players they can irregardless of nationality.

By the way, Italy is the best team in the world right now or why bother having a World Cup? Barca I can agree with, if they win the Toyota Cup or whatever they call the match now vs. the Copa Libertadores champs.

Well my first point is that barcelona submitts of a diffirent player genre that the one of brazil. as of other players like lionel messi (argentina). giovanni dos santos(mexico) rafa marquez(mexico)samuel eto'o(cameroon) and ronaldinho(brazil) is just a crontast of diffirent players around the world besides the all the spanish players in the team. well barcelona has a diffirent way of picking players for their team.u see all that we know is that barca likes young players with a not so famous but still with a lot potential. ronaldinho is the only brazilian on the team and the best player in the world. only one brazilian now this doesnt mean that barcelona doesnt like brazilian players. all the players like Rivaldo, Romario, and Ronaldo were all from diffirent generations of soccer. brazilians players are very good but barcelona is a team that wants really talented players. not just because they are brazilian doesnt mean they are going to get the most of them. Real Madrid in this case. has Ronaldo, Robinho, and Emerson as brazilians that are going to play next season the spanish primera. now do u call that a conection to brazil. well that is your choice. but with my evidence is soppuse that barcelona doesnt have such a deep connection to Brazil.

Why do you make such a ridiculous rule?Back to the topic, maybe barca's style is just ok for the Brazilian players.
