Strokes don't happen to your face. They happen in your brain, which affects other places on your body (usually the left side).

There is no cure that I know of that will repair brain cells that die during a stroke. Sometimes feeling and movement come back, but not usually.

Usually within a year you will know how much residual (left over paralysis) you will have for the rest of your life. Speech therapy may help recover speech and swallowing sooner or prevent further deterioration.

there is permanant damage done by the stroke,those nerves are not healable

it may be bells palsy which effects the face

you can do facial excercise which will help but not cure it.
