toothpaste works over night! if it appears to have a hardness inside it if you put tomatoe paste on a band aid and place it ove it a few hours will bring it to a head and you can gently pop it then apply tooth paste to take down the swelling and redness

Seriously 3 zits? You cant make zits go away in 2 days. You have to give it time. Wash 2 times a day. But seriously your lucky you dont have zits all over your face. so deal with it

I had severe acne as a teenager. Found a product called "Bye-Bye Blemish Drying Lotion" available at Sally's Beauty Supply & Eckerd Drug. It's the ONLY topical treatment that can remove pimples in a day. It's 100% effective & worked better than the prescription stuff my dernatologist gave me.
Whatever you do, do not shake the bottle before applying. The pink stuff is supposed to be at the bottom & the clear liquid on top. Dip a Q-tip into the bottle & dab on pimples. I apply at night so I wake up blemish free. Your face will look great in no time!!

you can't really get it to go away in a day. try a clay mask or something to draw out impurities. put an ice cube on it to reduce the swelling. if you must must must pop it, put a hot washcloth on it for a couple of minutes first!
