my mother's gentle nature and her good home-cooking. A HOME that she made with love for all eight of her children. We were always welcomed at any time (the back door was never locked). The house had various assortments of homemade items that she made with love (embroideries, crochets,needlepoints). She's in heaven now, but she gave me some wonderful, fond childhood memories. SHE WAS REALLY A GOOD , GOOD MOTHER!! devoted to her children!

The smells of wonderful food carrying me up the walkway, the big hugs and kisses at the door, then everyone settling around the table.
