ve got a whitebros. e series pipe and a set of paddles for pismo. other than that i haven't done anything.

First you need to get a new air filter and ditch the lid. Then you'll need to rejet.

After that, everything starts getting expensive. You can get your head ported and polished, and while it's off, I would have it decked for more compression. Decking is where they shave a little bit off of the engine in between the valves and the head. This makes the space between the piston and the dome smaller, creating more compression and thusly more power.

If you want big power, you'll need to have it bored and get a stroker crank. Keep in mind that you will need a base spacer for the stroker so the piston won't hit the top, and you won't be able to use a decked head with a stroker so if you plan on boring/stroking then don't deck it.

Without boring, you should get a 6-10 hp or so gain putting you at about 36-38.

If you bore, you should get around 42-45, maybe over that. To let you know where you'll be at in terms of power, a stock 400EX has 38HP, while a 450R has around 48. Your warrior has around 31 stock, and your white brothers pipe probably gives you a minimal gain of 1HP or so because you don't have a filter or correct jetting.

have you ported and polished it that should give you a few more horses maby 3-5 or boor it out or evean bigger jets go to where tyou bought it ask them
