Well, how old r u? 130 lbs eh? You need at least 200 lbs in high school for defensive sides, even if you tackle good. I would advise you to play wide-reciever, because you said you can catch and your fast, THAT is WR material. BUT if you are afraid of getting tackled, well forget it, you will get hit a lot. Then you can go for CB, they tackle a lot, but easy tackles, not like a Defensive back or Linebacker, whoses job is to tackle the hardest guy in the game, the running back. And yu said you are fast and can catch, so great!!! I would recommand WR, then CB, email me and tell me what you want, how much you weigh etc, so I can find you a better spot. Ur welcome.

i would recommend being a WR or RB if you want the ball and like to make big plays. If you would rather stay away from making big plays, then try CB. but it also depends on your height. but since you said you can't tackle anyone too big, you should choose WR, since, as a corner back, you might have to tackle tight-ends on some formations. CBs are usually the fastest players on defense, so often, when a WR or anyone else on offense has an open lane to the endzone, it is up to a corner to chase him down. a lot of the time, the players with the open lanes are tight ends since linebackers dont usually cover them well enough and they are left open. but it also depends on your height. if you are below 5'10", i would recommend RB. if you're taller than 5'10", than be a WR (since high school cornerbacks average a height 5'9")

You should either play Wide Receiver or Corner back. You're not very big, so TE isn't for you. You say you can catch and run fast, so WR is the way to go if you want the ball. You're speed can also help out when you're trying to catch a wide receiver. If you have good defensive awareness, play cornerback

your best chance is WR. if you have good hands, then play WR.

basically, it's like this. If you can ball, you can ball. simple as that. You put effort in practice, and play hard during the games, you'll be alright. Look at Steve Smith of the Panthers. He's only 5'8'' or 5'9''. He is one of the leagues best WR.

Wide receiver, you can make big plays, and since you say you're fast and can catch, that makes you perfect, I would work out more and put on some more weight (muscle).

Shortstop, lol. Hey dummy that is baseball!

Anyway, on to answer your question properly. If you indeed are fast and can catch well, you should play "running back".

if ur only 130 lbs. play kicker or punter. Get ur weight around 160-180, or somewhere around that range. When u do, play CB.
