well this person needs help I mean professional help. for his skin he needs to take vitamin e and there are clinics now that an help him with that . he may have clinical depressions or by polar disorder and needs to See a professional and trust me the meds they will give him will help him a great deal . for the personal things he dose in private depending on his age is normal he has a active glad has he has a injury to his head that was quit serous this is another thing that can cause him to do unusual things he doesn't want a girl friend for all the sings show that the shaving the not brushing his teeth so all as I can suggest is for him to see a professional and get it all sorted out . he might be dealing with some very deep rutted troubles . I See a professional and have for 18 years now and if it wasn't for him I don't know what I would have done with my self I am still not well but I am functional I have by polar and manic depression and sever panic disorder and paranoia but as long as I am taking my meds I am doing better and think clearer

I'm thinking that the medical term for this personality is "self-obsessed loser who doesn't want to grow up and face reality, and who thinks he's witty and charming while fearing that the rest of the world can see that he is just lazy." He seems to be a classic case.
