Have you documented everything? If so, good. Have copies of all the orders to show the judge. Do you have an attorney? Your attorney will know the proper way to get things going.

Are you able to move? Maybe even moving somewhere else in the city or in the suburbs will dissuade her.

What do the police say? Perhaps this woman needs some medical/psychological attention. I know that's not your responsibility, but she definitely needs help. Perhaps your attorney and her attorney can do something about that.

I am very sorry for all the trouble you are going through. You seem to be doing all the right things....

i think of you should hire a private detective, some guy or woman who can dedicate extra time to fixing this situation for then you definately the police can. The P.I. can stick to you around at random cases to work out in case you're being accompanied with the aid of all people else, a P.I. is likewise no longer laden with the aid of a number of the "regulations and regulations" that the police are and he could be waiting to be somewhat extra aggressive in his analyze. whether this is the guy who became into seeing your daughter or no longer, you should come sparkling with regard to the form you lied once you had him arrested, tried and convicted of against the regulation he did no longer dedicate! That wasn't an exceedingly honorable element to do on your section! I comprehend you in basic terms wanted to guard your daughter, yet you made this guy pay a value that became into in simple terms too extreme for that, and for what he incredibly did! You ruined his life over some thing (in hind sight) that wasn't incredibly all that risky. in view which you probably did no longer like him. For shame! although, this does not warrant dying threats and malicious aggravation on his section (whether it fairly is him). there are techniques with interior the area of legality he ought to take to set the record right now.

Keep a log. Every time there is any interaction with this woman, write it down. The more ammunition you have, the easier the court case will go. Sorry to hear about this, it must be exasperating (and a little scary). Hang in there, you'll win in the end.

seems she won't stop, doesn't matter what you do. So, change your address and place of work. Maybe consider moving to another state or even country. Not the best advice I know. Try asking her what her problem is.

She sounds like a mental case. Call the police and ask them for advice. I'm sure they know how to deal with situations like that. She needs to be evaluated to check her sanity.

Document everything and try to move someplace far away where she can't find you. Sorry you're going through this.
