Bodrum is small but very nice. You can even catch a ferry and go to Kos which is the next big island and is Greece.Remember in Turkey negotiate! And be polite.

If I were you I would go to Antalya. The best place ever. Beaches are cool, and the best thing is that thne bigger part of the hotels are located just accross the street from the beach. From Antalya it's easy to get to any other place, as it's right in the middle from major touristic attractions. There's this Beach Park place located at the Konyalti beach (city center to be more exact), it offers an amazing night life choice. Basically you can stay there 24/7, as bar are open all day long, DJs play the best music, so you will never get bored while you are at the beach. There's much more happening at night and plenty of open air dance floors to choose from.

Also in Turkey youth for some reason choses Marmaris. Have not been there myself, but I when I think of it, I would not change Antalya for anything.

As far as cheap hotels are concerned, so I have stayed in Peranis. The service sucked, but it was cheap. And I have really enjoyed Ozbekhan hotel. If you are willing to give it a shot, you could love for the hostel (it's very cheap) in the very oldtown (Kaleci) of Antalya.

I went to Kusidasi and stayed in a beach resort that I think was called the Hotel Richmond. It was all-inclusive and cost about $91 candian a night. It was suppose to be 5 stars but I have stayed at nicer 4 stars. Well whatever, it was cheap and included local alcohol so I was pretty drink. The beach was nice and you can go see lots of major historical sights if the mood takes you. Kusidasi is not to big but has nice beaches and a place called Bar Street (self explainitory) where I got my tattoo. Make sure and bargin for drinks in the bars. They are going to try and charge you double what they charge Turks.

if you want to have fun, you should go to Bodrum, Marmaris or Antalya. These are very touristic places and also have very nice beaches, and you can find cheap hotels..
