walmart target best buy radio shack mostly anywere that sells electronics or u can buy them on ebay amazon tigerdirect ect....

Dollar Tree. The ones in my area (I'm not sure if all dollar trees have them) but they have white, pink, and blue ipod mini shock-proof cases.
