You need to check with your state's Labor Broad or local labor board. Make sure you are getting overtime over 40hrs.
Your employer can design the shifts for 7 days on 7 off
that is legal.
Enjoy the extra money cause some day you won't have a job that's life.

Not without paying overtime. If you are a salaried worker then you are out of luck. He is not going to keep employees for too long if he does. Turnover will cost him more than just hiring extra manpower. Not a very smart employer!

i think they can but it depends cause i've worked 8 days strisght but our pay week ends every sunday so its not like we are working through the whole week .its kind of hard to explain but if you look at your calender it would be easier to understand what i'm talking about but you shouldn't get more then 40 hours a week and you have to get over time and believe me most employers dont like paying over time . but if you think you are being taken advantage of talk to them good luck .
