depressed because im still confused if i am still gonna continue to do my thesis or not. thesis is the only way to recieve my college diploma. i want to graduate though im not that tough to face my thesis problem.
plus, i have a heart problem, i can't force myself to get serious on my thesis. i was hospitalzed yesterday because of this problem....what shall i do?

hi joyce,i dont know what ur thesis is about,but i do make out that graduation means a lot to u.so go ahead do it.i some how feel u will definitely do it well,just go in a good pace without taxing ur self all the best

Oh Girlfriend,
I'm right with you. I talked to my PCP yesterday. I told her I thought I was better in some ways. She said, no you are worse, worst I've seen you.
I try to make an effort, take my meds. I got a kitten that needs me so it gets me up in the AM. Doggy used to wait up kitty crawls up and bites me on the face.
I'm trying to garden and am having some success. It cheers me.
Personally, I dwell too much on things and I would stop if I could. I find a lot of people tell me to just stop it. It isn't that simple.
Do talk to people and reach out like you are doing now. I've survived many years of depression and even attempted suicide. DON'T ! You are important to those around you.
Look for love and the good. Take your meds and talk to your therapist and find some 'safe' people to talk to.
