I had thew same problem when I 1st got my Rzor phone. The first thing you must do is set your phone up to send and receive pictures. You do that by taking a picture with your camera phone first and then sending it to someone (you can send it to their phone or computer). Your simcard, on your phone, is automatically activated to send and receive pictures after you send your 1st picture. Once you do that, its a piece of cake. it will work like any other phone you have had in the past.
