I assume you have had your "shoulder blade (on the back of my shoulder)" checked by an M.D. to make sure "they" don't "think it is a medical problem". There are several things that could be causing it, such as trigger points, rib head(s) out of place, an organ with a problem may be connected to it, or a number of other things. If you will email your name and telephone # with the best time(s) to reach you, I will discuss some options with you. Email me at: KathrynandWayne@yahoo.com.

Ive got the same thing. It happend to me after I got in a mountain biking accident and almost broke my neck. The best thing to do is to stay away from a chiropractor and ask your physician to recommend a physical therapist.

See a chiropractor. He'll get your spine back in alignment, and you'll start to feel better soon.
