No. Not any more, at least without a constitutional change. The constitution calls for the President to be born a US citizen. Naturalized citizens don't count. This is one of the few (if only) restrictions on naturalized citizens I know of in the US.

No, according to Section 1 of Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution a President must be a natural-born citizen.

All the answers so far have been concerned about a directly-elected president. How about the possibility of a naturalised citizen getting elected to the post of Vice-President, and then having to take over when the President is unable to do so?

nope. you have to be a son of a former president, your brother has to be the governor of Florida and Florida's ballot has to help you to become a president!!!!
