Linda had an older boyfriend that was in college. We never saw her with any guy in the movie only innuendos that she was experienced and had sex with her boyfriend. Many girls from Ridgemont High sought Linda's advice regarding boys and relationships.
Stacey was with the guy from the mall stereo shop for her first experience and then with Damone(the ticket scalper).
So the answer is in the movie Stacey had more sex and Linda was the tramp.

But I still think Stacey was the tramp, considering she slept with guys at the drop of a hat and even lied about her age to the first guy.
