Yes it is. Howeve V3i is better because of added memory. V3 is low on memory. thats the only drawback. you cant save many pics or music. v3i supports that well.

It's a great phone, preferably better then the rest. I have a special model from verizon only called the V3m, i can play Mp3 and it has a miny SD slot for about 200 more songs. Its a GPS, Video player, and has the best predictive text around.
