the birth control pill that only lets ou have 4 periods a year? well ever since i've been taking it it seems liek my lower abdomen is just a constnant cramp, juts a slight one. it usually happens after a month after my period. is it just my body wanting to take a period? or is it something more serious? thanks

Cramping is a side effect of Seasonale. You should at least make your doctor aware that you are having the cramps. It is not unusual with most meds to experience side effects in the beginning but the fact that you are still having cramping two years later warrants notification of your doctor. Please call his office Monday to let him know.
