Yes, me! I love to read about Great Britian, I love British authors, my dream is to visit one day, I haven't yet. I think it started when I was younger and started reading. I love British humor, i love to watch BBC America.

I love the way that England appear to have retained the legacy of their "great empire" by assuming that they are somehow blessed with superiority. A great example of this was during the World Cup, when the English were discussing which team would be better to meet in the final!

Anglophobe - sorry, I find the nation nauseating.

have never been, but yes, I am one...I have thick English heritage and still have family in Worchestershire. and friends in Sheffield...I am 3rd generation ....my great grandfather was an immigrant. I love the culture though it, of course is a bit variable...I wouldn't want to spend alot of time in London....would more want to visit and even live in one of the quaint little rural communities.

Erm... does being English count.

England's great in many way, rubbish in others (especially food). But it is home and I love it :-)
