Just about anywhere you go there looking for good mechanics ,,if you have the tools and are qualified you can find work anywhere in the states,,and they pay is good also,,i own my own shop,,and usually clear about 800 a week,and this is working at my own pace,,so yes there are jobs out there,,just know what your doing,,because cars have changed through the years,,good luck,,i hope this help,s.

they are always in need of good mechanics everywhere, oh, i have the right tools for sale. 70k worth, would take 15k. nothing but professional tools here as i spent 20 plus years in the business
