first of all i want know if i create a site from xanga and removed it,will they be able to trace me back via my ip?and can i really change or hide my ip using the program Hide IP? does it really change it no matter what and computer expert can't trace it?

yes they can trace you but i used the Hide IP program and its perfect ,try it

yes you can be traced back.
even HideIP hides your IP from websites that they can't access your actual IP but computer experts can trace your IP because due to legal restrictions Public Proxy services also have to maintain Logs in many countries.

yes, they can trace your IP address, and as for that program, i never heared of it, so it may work, it may really hide your IP. you can read its reviews on the internet and see what people are saying about it.
